Dear Friends,

“Abstraction indicates a departure from reality in depiction of imagery in art. This departure from accurate representation can be only slight, or it can be partial, or it can be complete. The method of painting is the natural growth out of a need. I want to express my feelings rather than illustrate them. It doesn’t matter how the paint is put on, as long as something is said.”

-Jackson Pollock

It is my pleasure to inform you that I am organizing a 10 Day  Solo Art Exhibition at Vinnyasa Premier Art Gallery, Chennai on September 1, 2011 and enclose the invitation for the Show.
I will be extremely glad to have your presence on the day of inauguration.   The show will be open from 1st September to 10th September, 2011.
ME & MY ART

Emotions are abundant.  Musings are ardent. The intricate textures of thoughts are eternally endearing. The mentations, float peacefully in hues of sapphirine or tourmaline or wine.  Many other times, thoughts rush through a riot of colours, in a sort of craziness. Whatever be it, to me, Art is ethereal.   Each work of Art  I create is meditation.

Art has no definite form or shape. It is infinite and it is a process of evolution.   To me, simply, Art is a celestial gush, a mystical tunnel, a vibrant ray, a milky way or all in one.  It exists to be reinvented by every spirited artist, characterizing itself through the anonymity of emotions. Like poetry, Art is also the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings: it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquility.

Like the stillness of solitude, colours penetrate my mind with the sharpness of an icicle.  The mad medley of intense hues slices through the soul like the divine echo of a conch reverberated through glaciers.

What determines the force of my artistic expressions is the density of emotions and I create my works of art to translate my inner-self through the strange language of colors.  I always wanted to travel in the path of non-figurative because abstract fascinates me so much like no other form of art.    My abstractionist expressions are a manifestation of my inner energy and poetic psyche which resonates my many moods of turbulence and tranquility.

A poetic and artistic mind continues an endless journey through the cosmos and I transform what I envision, earnestly.   I merge the emotions with the force of Five Elements, i.e. Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Ether and equate my body with the Elements to depict my psyche. Ultimately, my works of art are a form of song, dance, and poetry, in response to the force of elements.
